Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property Policy
CUSTOMER ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
Effective Date: 18 July 2026
Command Deck Collectives LLC respects copyrights, trademarks, military insignia, unit emblems, logos and other intellectual-property rights.
Customer Authorization
By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, insignia, names, slogans or other materials for a custom order, the customer represents and warrants that the customer:
- Owns the submitted materials; or
- Has received all permissions, licenses and approvals necessary for Command Deck Collectives LLC and its manufacturing partners to reproduce those materials.
The customer grants Command Deck Collectives LLC a limited license to use the submitted materials solely for designing, manufacturing, displaying proofs of and fulfilling the customer’s order.
Customer Responsibility and Indemnification
The customer accepts responsibility for claims arising from materials supplied, requested or approved by the customer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Command Deck Collectives LLC, its owners, employees, contractors and manufacturing partners from claims, damages, expenses and reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from the customer’s unauthorized use of intellectual property.
Company-Created Artwork
Artwork, concepts, layouts, renderings, digital files, production files, CAD files, molds and other materials originally created or commissioned by Command Deck Collectives LLC remain the property of Command Deck Collectives LLC unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns ownership to the customer.
Payment for a product or custom order does not, by itself, transfer ownership of copyrights, molds, production files or other intellectual property.
Any exclusivity, copyright assignment, mold ownership or restriction on future use must be stated in a separate written agreement signed by Command Deck Collectives LLC.
Military and Government Marks
Customers requesting military or government names, emblems, seals, insignia or other protected marks are responsible for supplying any required written authorization. Command Deck Collectives LLC may reject, suspend or cancel any design that may violate licensing requirements or imply unauthorized government endorsement.
Right to Refuse or Suspend Production
Command Deck Collectives LLC may refuse, suspend or cancel an order when it reasonably believes that the artwork or requested product may infringe another party’s rights. Approval of an initial mockup does not prevent Command Deck Collectives LLC from stopping production if an intellectual-property concern is later discovered.
Intellectual-Property Complaints
Anyone who believes their intellectual property has been used without authorization may contact:
Command Deck Collectives LLC
operations@commanddeckcollectives.com
The notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly unauthorized product, the rights owner, relevant registration information if available and supporting evidence of ownership. Command Deck Collectives LLC will review credible complaints and may temporarily remove or suspend the affected product during its investigation.
Acceptance
By submitting artwork, approving a mockup, paying an invoice or placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
