TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: August 25, 2026
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Command Deck Collectives LLC. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Command Deck Collectives LLC.
Command Deck Collectives LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use our website or services.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using our services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or that you have provided consent for a minor dependent to use the services under your supervision.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, contact, billing, payment, and shipping information.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT REPRESENTATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, dimensions, finishes, materials, and designs accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, lighting, photography, manufacturing process, or device settings.
Challenge coins, apparel, jewelry, plaques, engraved products, three-dimensional products, and other manufactured items may have minor variations in color, plating, enamel, texture, positioning, measurements, or finish. Reasonable manufacturing variations are not considered defects.
Product images, digital renderings, proofs, and mockups are provided for reference. A finished physical product may vary slightly from a digital representation.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, limit quantities, correct descriptions, and restrict sales by customer, location, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, ranks, dates, wording, colors, logos, artwork, dimensions, and other customization details before approving a proof or submitting an order.
Once a proof is approved or production begins, changes may not be possible and may require additional charges. Customer-requested changes can also affect the estimated completion date.
By submitting artwork, photographs, names, logos, insignia, trademarks, or other materials, you represent that you own the materials or have authorization to use them. You grant Command Deck Collectives LLC a limited license to reproduce and modify those materials as reasonably necessary to prepare proofs, manufacture the order, and provide the requested services.
We may decline any design or order that we reasonably believe is unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, hateful, threatening, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, custom and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind, an error contained in an approved proof, or a customer-requested design decision.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory limitations, design concerns, payment problems, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or shipping restrictions.
An order is accepted when we confirm the order and successfully process or authorize payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation and modification requests are governed by our Refund Policy and may not be available after production or fulfillment begins.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue any refund legally required using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
SECTION 5 — PRESALES, PREORDERS, AND PRODUCTION ESTIMATES
Presale and preorder products are sold before inventory is available for immediate shipment. Any production, arrival, or shipping date provided is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Manufacturing, customs, freight, carrier, material, or quality-control delays may affect estimated timelines. We will provide updates when reasonably available.
Cancellation and refund eligibility for presales, preorders, custom products, or production orders is governed by the applicable product description, written agreement, and Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 — BULK, BUSINESS, UNIT, AND GOVERNMENT ORDERS
Bulk orders, unit orders, business purchases, purchase orders, and government transactions may be subject to additional written quotes, proofs, invoices, purchase orders, solicitations, or contracts.
If a separately executed written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separately executed agreement controls only for the transaction it covers.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, placing an order through this website does not create an exclusive supplier, distributor, reseller, partnership, agency, or government-contracting relationship.
SECTION 7 — PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The applicable price is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include shipping, handling, sales tax, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges.
You agree to provide complete and accurate payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments or another payment provider made available at checkout. Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or calculation errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, we may contact you for approval of the corrected amount or cancel and refund the affected order.
SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Lost, damaged, missing, or misdelivered packages must be reported promptly in accordance with our Shipping Policy. We may require photographs, packaging, tracking information, or other documentation to process a carrier claim or replacement request.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
Refunds, when approved, are generally issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on Shopify, the payment provider, and the customer’s financial institution.
Shipping charges, customization charges, design fees, setup fees, molds, proofs, and rush-production charges may be nonrefundable when work has already been completed or costs have already been incurred, except where prohibited by law.

The website and its original content, including text, graphics, photographs, product presentations, logos, and original designs, are owned by or licensed to Command Deck Collectives LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our website content or original designs without prior written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, ranks, insignia, unit identifiers, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Command Deck Collectives LLC is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United States Department of Defense, the United States Marine Corps, another military service, or any government agency.
The appearance of military-themed imagery or terminology does not imply official endorsement.
SECTION 11 — REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, testimonial, or other content, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable law.
You represent that your submission is accurate, that you own or control the necessary rights, and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, or malicious content or material containing harmful code.
We may remove or decline to publish content at our discretion.
SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may include links, integrations, applications, payment services, social-media features, or tools operated by third parties.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, policies, availability, accuracy, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party’s terms and privacy policies.
SECTION 13 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Command Deck Collectives LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and services.
All sales made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and Command Deck Collectives LLC. Shopify is not responsible for products sold by us or for any injury, damage, loss, refund, return, or dispute resulting from a transaction with Command Deck Collectives LLC.
To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from products or services purchased from Command Deck Collectives LLC.
SECTION 14 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, information may also be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers that help operate our store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, provide analytics, and deliver marketing services.

Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, pricing errors, incorrect descriptions, availability errors, or other inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel affected orders, or make appropriate adjustments at any time, including after an order is submitted, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 17 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except where expressly stated by us or required by law, the website, services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, durability, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
SECTION 18 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Command Deck Collectives LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Command Deck Collectives LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:
-
Your material breach of these Terms;
-
Your unlawful use of the website or services;
-
Your violation of another person’s rights; or
-
Artwork, logos, photographs, wording, or other materials you submitted without sufficient authorization.
SECTION 20 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you materially violate these Terms or use the services unlawfully.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other responsibilities incurred before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual-property, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions.
SECTION 21 — SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
SECTION 22 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND ASSIGNMENT
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement concerning use of our website and online services, except for a separate written agreement governing a specific transaction.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as permitted by law.
SECTION 23 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
Any dispute not subject to another enforceable written agreement will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in San Diego County, California, and the parties consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
SECTION 24 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website.
Material changes will become effective on the date stated in the updated Terms or as otherwise required by law. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
